Thutia is a partner in the Labor area. He has 10 years of experience in consulting and labor litigation. Graduated from Fundação Getúlio Vargas Law School – FGV/Rio, where she also completed the Continuing Education Course in Corporate Labor Law. Post Graduated in Labor Law and Procedure from the Faculty of Applied Social Sciences – IBMEC/RJ and in Labor Law and Procedure from the Associative School of Labor Judges in partnership with the CERS Faculty.

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association and author of several articles on labor matters.
