Fernanda is a partner in the labor practice area. She has 18 years of experience, more than 12 years of which in labor consulting and litigation, always defending corporate interests. She currently works as a team manager, providing legal advice in labor law matters for national and international companies of several branches.

She has a law degree from Cândido Mendes University. Post-graduate in Labor Law and Procedural Law from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets – IBMEC/RJ and in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV-LAW/Rio, where she also completed a Continuing Education Course in Labor Law, Taxes and Taxation, and Civil Procedure Law.

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association.

She speaks Portuguese and English.
