João Roberto is a partner in the Labor practice area. He graduated in Law in 2009 from Universidade Cândido Mendes – Centro and post graduated in Labor Law and Procedural Law from Escola Associativa dos Juízes do Trabalho – AJUTRA.

He has been working for over 5 years as supervisor and team manager, having worked at renowned law firms in Rio de Janeiro and in-house legal counsel for companies, focusing on litigation and consulting.

He was invited to participate in the board of examiners for the Labor Law and Labor Procedure exam for the Brazilian Bar Association – OAB, at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV.

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo chapters, and author of articles published in Seara Trabalhista.

He speaks Portuguese and English.
